Day 1 – Ouarzazate – Palm Grove Sekura – Valley of Roses – Boutghrar – Gorges of Dades – Gorges of Toudra

Welcome to a special 3-day and 2-night excursion from Ouarzazate to the Desert. As soon as they have breakfast, we will pick you up from your accommodation in Ouarzazate towards the Gorges of Toudra. We will pass through the palm grove of Skoura and the route of the Thousand Kasbahs in which we will visit the Kasbah of Amrédhyle. When we arrive at the valley of the Roses we will leave by a track of 50 km of Kalaa M ‘Gouna we will cross the valley of the Roses where we have to visit the nomads that live in caves, we will drink tea while enjoying a chat with them that will allow us to know more information of their customs and their way of life. We will visit the Dades Valley in the Kasbah of Ait Youl. Lunch will take place in the Gorges of Dades. In the afternoon we will arrive at the Gorges of Toudra where dinner and lunch will take place.

Day 2 – Gorges of the Toudra – Tidnjdad – Erfoud – Rissani – Merzouga

The activity designated to this beautiful morning will be the walk that we will take by the Gorges of the Toudra. Then we will leave in the direction of Tinjdad and Touroug where we will have lunch before following the road to Erfoud, capital of marble, and fossils in Morocco. In the afternoon we will arrive at the impressive Merzouga. After relaxing and having tea, we prepare to ride dromedaries to climb the highest dune to contemplate the beautiful sunset.

Dinner and accommodation will be in a Khaima Berber in the middle of the desert and under the thousands of bright stars.

Day 3 – Merzouga – Rissani – N’kob – Ouarzazate

On the third day, it would be nice to get up early to watch the sunrise over the dunes of Merzouga. Afterward, we will return to the hotel to shower and have breakfast before heading back to Ouarzazate. Later we will visit the traditional medina and the great souk of Rissani. Next, we will pass through a series of Berber villages such as Alnif, Tazarine, Nkob, until we reach the Draa Valley, where the Alkaid Ali kasbah is found in Tamnougale.

We will follow the conduct towards Agdez passing through Tizi-n-Tinififft of 1660 meters of altitude. With your arrival in Ouarzazate at 5:00 p.m., our Merzouga Desert Tour will end.
