DAY 1 : TOUR FROM MARRAKECH TO DADES GORGES

We pick up in Marrakech and today we depart towards Dades Gorges, through the Tizi- N-Tichka pass at 2260 m in the High Atlas mountains. We will enjoy the scenic road in the mountains, we enjoy beautiful landscapes with different colors, We pass a few Berber villages along the way to Ouarzazate. We will visit the kasbah of Ait Benhaddou. Then we continue to Ouarzazate to visit “Taourirt Kasbah” and we will have lunch here. Afterward, we travel further southeast to the Dades valley, the passing valley of Roses and fascinating Skoura palmary. We stay for dinner and overnight in Dades Gorges in local riad/hotel.

DAY 2 : FROM DADES GORGES TO MERZOUGA DESERT

Today our Morocco trip continues and we explore the Dades Valley. We drive towards Tinghir and the Toudra Gorges, where we will walk in the Gorges m famous for mountain climbers. Afterward we departure to Erfoud passing Palm grove. We may visit a fossil shop and factory in Erfoud. Then we continue to Rissani and Sahara desert in Merzouga. We stay overnight in a desert hotel with dinner and breakfast.

DAY 3: MERZOUGA DESERT TOUR

Today we explore Merzouga desert by 4×4. We will visit the Gnawa village and its local people – originally from Mali, where we will learn about their music and lifestyle. We will meet Nomad people living in the desert and we enjoy lunch with them. We may visit Rissani and its souk. In the afternoon, we prepare for a camel ride to the desert, guided by an experienced camel guide. We explore hidden beauty in the desert – in the middle of the highest sand dunes in Morocco – in Merzouga. We will have dinner at the desert camp and we stay overnight in desert tents.

DAY 4 : FROM MERZOUGA DESERT TO FES

Today in the morning we ride camels back from the desert. We prepare for a drive towards Fes. After breakfast and shower in the hotel we head to Rissani, then Erfoud and Midelt through the Mountains and the cedar forests of the middle Atlas. We pass by Ifrane, a charming ski resort and Azrou, an important handicraft center. In the afternoon, we will arrive at Fes and we stay in a local hotel.

DAY 5: FES GUIDED TOUR

Today we will explore Fes in a guided tour and the tour includes visiting the medina – which is the old city. We will walk inside its alleys. We will visit the Jewish Quarter called the Mellah and also the Royal Palace, which is the biggest one in Morocco.  We will visit the famous tanneries and then the Quaraouine mosque which is considered the first university in the world. After lunch, we’ll experience a wonderful panoramic view of the city and we stay overnight at the local riad with dinner and breakfast.

DAY 6: FROM FES TO CASABLANCA VIA RABAT

Today we drive from Fes towards Volubilis to explore Roman ruins. Then we drive to Meknes to visit the former Imperial city and its main sights. Once we finish a guided tour in the medina of Meknes we off for Rabatm capital. We will visit the mausoleum of Hassan II, then we drive to Casablanca where we stay in a local hotel/riad.

DAY 7: FROM CASABLANCA TO MARRAKECH

Today we will explore Casablanca in a guided tour and the tour includes visiting the visit of the Hassan II mosque. We continue our Morocco tour to Marrakech where we arrive afternoon. We will enjoy a guided tour in the medina and then our tour finishes.
